Remembering Mom Luncheon Celebration:
Annual Luncheon to be held in memory and honor of mothers; event to be held the Saturday before Mother’s Day each year. Invited guests of the luncheon are adult women who have experienced motherloss. 

Scholarships Offered to Young Adult Females:
An annual scholarship will be offered for a young adult female who has experienced motherloss. The candidate must be at a resident of Texas, at least 18 years old, with plans to pursue higher education. The potential recipient must submit a 500-word essay about their Mother, and the importance she feels to pursue an education in spite of her mother's absence. 

Support Group Meetings:
Support group meetings will be offered for women needing support after their loss. Meetings will be facilitated by an experienced grief professional.

Annual Grief Recovery Seminar:
An annual seminar will be held on an annual basis for adult women who have experienced motherloss. The seminars will be presented by experienced grief professionals.

Semi-Annual Social Events:
The emphasis for the social events will be “bonding and memorializing mothers”.  Such events will include “scrap-booking parties” where women gather to develop memorial scrap books in memory of their mother. 

Correspondence:
Support will be offered for women with a recent loss via sympathy cards from the “Remembering Mom” Foundation. 

A Clearing House of Resources:
A listing of psychological and spiritual (grief) resources in the Dallas/Fort Worth area

Anticipatory Grief Services:
Support offered for women who are anticipating the loss of their mother.
